Step 3: Complete Your METHOD Profile

Upon purchasing your membership you will receive an onboarding email with a link to complete your METHOD profile.

 

The information you provide will help your coach assign/create your program / weekly workout plan.

Step 4: Account and App Setup

Also in the email you receive after you purchase your membership you will receive a link to download the app, and a "join-code" and pre-set "password"  that you can change once your account is set up.

 

Download the app, enter the information provided in the email and begin to familiarize yourself with the app and your program

Step 5: View Your Program

Your program will be tailored to you based on whichever level of customization is included in your membership.

All movements included a video demonstration so if you are ever unsure of how to perform a movement you can refer to the video demo - your coach will also be available to answer questions.

Step 6: Engage with Your Coach 

The chat function allows you to ask your coach questions and send form videos for your coach to review.

Team feed allows you to engage with other members and offer and receive encouraging "fist bumps"

Step 7: Track Your Progress 

Enter the weight you use for various movements to have your 1RM projected for you based on previous results.

Based on this, the proper weight will be suggested to you for each movement
