Step 1: Determine Membership
Tier I: Program assigned based on goals and fitness experience
Tier II: A customized program created based on goals, fitness experience, and the equipment you have available
Customized: A customized program created based on goals, fitness experience, the equipment you have available, time commitment and weekly schedule.
Step 4: Account and App Setup
Also in the email you receive after you purchase your membership you will receive a link to download the app, and a "join-code" and pre-set "password" that you can change once your account is set up.
Download the app, enter the information provided in the email and begin to familiarize yourself with the app and your program
Step 5: View Your Program
Your program will be tailored to you based on whichever level of customization is included in your membership.
All movements included a video demonstration so if you are ever unsure of how to perform a movement you can refer to the video demo - your coach will also be available to answer questions.
