Time & Schedule

We take into consideration your goals, experience, equipment, time commitment and weekly schedule to create a completely customized workout program for you!

Upon purchasing a pre-made or customized program, your MooseFit coach will contact you to have you complete your new client questionnaire. Based on the information you provided the questionnaire your MooseFit coach will assign you one or multiple programs that will provide you with a complete and well-rounded program that will help you achieve your lifestyle goals!
