Service Description

MXT is a strength and conditioning program intended to push you to limits you didn't know you had, to challenge you, and to leave you motivated and hungry to conquer your day! Spend half the class building strength through compound movements and the second half of class working on your conditioning in the form of metabolic conditioning movements.
