HIIT Hard Training is not your typical boxing class or your typical HIIT workout. It's a combination of both that will kick your ass but leave you feeling great with a big smile on your face! Begin with either a 25min HIIT workout or 25min boxing workout, and then switch it up! Get the best of both worlds all in 60min! Come ready to work hard, learn technique, and of course have a blast at the same time!
