Abby Paterson

Abby is an ERYT-200 certified yoga teacher, tree hugger, and world traveler (pre-COVID, of course). She has been teaching heated power vinyasa, yin + restorative, iRest Yoga Nidra, and trauma-informed adaptive yoga since 2015. Between private sessions, group classes, and leading yoga teacher training, she has taught over 1,000 hours of yoga and mediation to a wide range of students. From beginners and expecting mothers, to spec ops military and elite student-athletes, Abby finds great joy in creating an inclusive and welcoming community.


Abby’s style is best described as a soulful, breath-centric flow, designed to calm the nervous system and listen to the body. 

Power Flow is an all-levels yoga class designed to equally challenge your body and mind. This class will cultivate strength, balance, and relaxation by blending pranayama breath control, vinyasa flow, long static holds, arm balances/inversions, and meditation. Power Flow is open to all levels. Modifications and variations are offered generously to meet you exactly where you are in your practice. Join us at Moosefit in our tent-covered + heated outdoor space. Masks are encouraged.
