OUR STORY

MooseFit is a holistic approach to wellness that combines best practices from both holistic wellness and competitive fitness to deliver a comprehensive playbook for individuals from all backgrounds and capabilities to become the healthiest and most capable versions of themselves within their respective fields of practice.

Inspired by former US Special Operations Commander turned entrepreneurs and a former Division I Athlete turned competitive CrossFit athlete, fitness-coach and management consultant - MooseFit is a health and wellness company focused on helping individuals reach their full potential.

PROGRAMMING OPTIONS

 
 

MOOSEFIT

This program is 6 workouts / week and consists of compound strength movements, accessory (bodybuilding) movements, metabolic conditioning workouts, and monostructural conditioning workouts. It is designed for individuals looking to increase their strength, cardiovascular capability, and improve their body composition. Workouts can be completed in 1 hour or less.

MOOSEFIT RUNNING TEAM

 
 

The MooseFit Run Team offers individuals the chance to receive 5-6 days of programming per week aimed at improving running ability for whatever the individual's goal may be. 

 

There are four tiers of programming offered:

 

Tier I:

Individuals who run as their form of exercise to feel good, look better and improve their cardiovascular capability. (8-15 miles/week)

Tier II

Individuals who view running as their exercise, sport, may have a race in mind that they are training and want to look better, feel better and improve their cardiovascular capability (15-25) miles/week)

Tier III

Individuals who have experience running races of various lengths and are looking to improve their times while also achieving a strong aesthetic. (25-35 miles/week)

Tier IV

Elite level athletes who are looking to qualify for a race and are fully committed to running as a sport (35-50 miles/week)

Meredith is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, carries a certification in Holistic Heath Coaching as well as Precision Nutrition Counseling. She is a coach at Cut Seven, as well as a Precision Run coach at Equinox.
