Beat-based sculpt is a 45-minute workout that mixes traditional mat pilates with dance cardio. We will target muscle groups including your core, glutes and hip flexors with a focus on increasing mobility as well as building strength. Cardio intervals are mixed in to spike the heart rate multiple times throughout class. In the last 3 minutes of class we will slow down and deepen into a hip opener or lower back stretch, so while your legs may feel like jello after 45 minutes of sculpt, you will feel like you're walking on a cloud out the door. You will need to bring your own mat, towel and water bottle.
